Drop Form / Unenrollment

We’re sorry to see you go, and we appreciate the time you’ve spent with us. Please complete this form to request unenrollment from your class(es).

A few important notes before you begin:

  • All unenrollment requests must be submitted in writing using the official Unenrollment Form.

  • If a request is submitted before the 1st of the month, the unenrollment will be effective immediately, and no further classes will be attended. If a request is submitted on or after the 1st of the month, the student may continue attending classes for the remainder of that month.

  • The unenrollment will then take effect on the last day of that month. Tuition for the current month is non-refundable once the month has begun.
