We’re sorry to see you go, and we appreciate the time you’ve spent with us. Please complete this form to request unenrollment from your class(es).
A few important notes before you begin:
All unenrollment requests must be submitted in writing using the official Unenrollment Form.
If a request is submitted before the 1st of the month, the unenrollment will be effective immediately, and no further classes will be attended. If a request is submitted on or after the 1st of the month, the student may continue attending classes for the remainder of that month.
The unenrollment will then take effect on the last day of that month. Tuition for the current month is non-refundable once the month has begun.
